I can identify with what Matt's feeling here. (Please ignore the first part of my comment, I wasn't sure if my phone was being stupid and brokie. 8'D)
I'm not sure what I'm going to do either, really...I know I can work with kids, but I don't want to do that for forever. Not on a constant basis like I have been for the past few years. I enjoy what I do and am grateful for it, but at the same time, you get to feel jaded after awhile. Katie and I saw a graphic design place in Midland when we were out the other day, I checked out their site, and they look scarily prestigious. Eep.
Matt once told me that it seemed like my future was set out in front of me. It's hard to explain how he said it, but it was something to that extent, that I have no doubt that it's there, that it'll happen.
I'm not sure what's out there, but something is. And when the time comes, I am so grabbing that thing by the wrist and dragging gleefully in the dust beside it.
I just don't want to let myself forget that.
We both need to grab on and hold on for dear life....

Spent WAY too much money today, have to budget the rest out until my next payday...yeek...
Went to lunch with Matt and am even with him for our taking-turns-with-buying-lunches-and-dinners thing, yay. Also hung out with Katie for the rest of the afternoon, and went to see these sweet frogs that were out and about.
Got a BUNCH of secret buddy shopping done, and got some stuff for my mom. FAR too much spending was done today...I'm really saddened that I can burn through a paycheck like that...but I DID get my loan payment sent out...?

So, many of you know of my love for Evanescence, especially from their early years to the Fallen era. The Open Door is okay, but Fallen was awesome.
( New band spoilers under here!!! )
Anyway.
-Last week = long and hot.
-Erin and Jason's wedding was today (♥).
-A-Sama's birthday is today (happy birthday!!!! ♥♥♥).
-Waiting and wanting/needing to get paid.
-Need to put up photos at some point, blarg!
-Am seeing that you can make your LJ entries into an ACTUAL book with Blurb, which is PRETTY sweet.
I've got nothin' else, really...I have this week off from camp, which is fun-kay.

-Packing for camp.

-Clean up crap in living room.
-Clean up crap on dining room table.
See, most of anything that's lying around is artsy-fartsy stuff. If I had a shed or something that I could keep my art stuff in, and maybe go out to be artsy in, I wouldn't have this problem. EVER. My bedroom could actually be a bedroom.
...I know, I could do the same thing if I got my own place...which is still pretty unforseeable right now...
